Terms of booking and payment

When booking your stay with us we require a cheque, in £’s sterling, as deposit covering the first night’s stay which is non refundable and it should be made out to P. O’Callaghan within 1 week of booking.

Should you decide to leave early due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be asked to pay for any remaining booked nights. If we are able to re let the room, a refund will be made.

Rooms are available from 3pm on day of arrival and we ask guests to leave by 10.30am on the day of departure so that we can prepare the room for incoming guests.

Payment for stay to be by either cash or cheque but cheque must be accompanied with a banker’s card. We are currently unable to accept payment by any form of debit or credit card or foreign currencies.

We are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements. Please mention this when booking as we may need to prepare in advance.
